ONE DAY tournament event. First game times will begin at 8:30AM on
Saturday morning.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
All players under 18 years of age are required to have with them at
check-in a signed waiver form.
All players will sign a waiver form the morning of check-in. These
are provided at check-in to players 18
and older. IF YOU ARE 17 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, PLEASE PRINT OUT A
WAIVER FORM
BELOW AND HAVE IT SIGNED BY YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRIOR TO THE
TOURNAMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS ON HAND WITH YOU AT CHECK-IN YOU WILL NOT BE
PERMITTED
TO PARTICIPATE.
